I’m Jim Pitcher, the owner and founder of CRC Builders.  I define a perfect space as an environment where every detail plays a part in creating seamless comfort and functionality.  At CRC Builders, it’s all about this passion to deliver.  Among our four core values, this one speaks especially to our commitment to building our clients a luxury product of the highest quality that is perfect for their unique needs.  We take great pride in constructing these spaces, but we don’t design them.  That’s where you come in.

I started CRC Builders 30 years ago, and in that time we’ve grown to 40 staff.  We’ve continued to grow year after year, and in doing so have established ourselves as the go-to custom luxury home builder in Napa valley and the surrounding area.  We utilize streamlined processes and state of the art technology to complete our projects on time and on budget. This makes the building process as smooth as possible for our discerning clients, who come to us for nothing short of the best.
